Visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence visited the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During this visit, the students were directly acquainted with the constitutional control system in our country, its legal foundations, and the activities of the court.

During the visit, lectures were delivered to the students by judges led by the esteemed Kozim Fazilovich Komilov, who served as Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2017 to 2022 and is currently a judge of the Constitutional Court.

During the meeting, the judges provided a deep analytical insight into the functions of the Constitutional Court, current issues of constitutional control, and mechanisms for protecting human rights through judicial acts.

The students received detailed answers to their questions and had the opportunity to strengthen their practical legal knowledge.

Such visits play an important role in reinforcing students' theoretical knowledge and shaping them into highly qualified specialists with legal thinking.
