On February 18 of this year, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of Tashkent International University and the Department of Social Sciences and Education, Sanjar Nishanov, a judge of criminal cases in the Shaykhontokhur district of Tashkent, delivered a lecture on the topic "Judicial Decision-Making: Social and Psychological Aspects" to students.
During the roundtable discussion, S. Nishanov shared detailed information about the implementation of disciplinary and regulatory functions while overseeing the judicial investigation process, emotional resilience, the ability to remain calm in tense situations, professional skills, and the creative qualities of a judge.
Moreover, students gained knowledge and skills in the cognitive domain, such as analytical, critical, and logical skills, as well as abilities in comparison, generalization, data classification, and qualities that are characteristic of a judge.
